Jennifer's career has been marked by her ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, enhancing organizational growth and educational outcomes. With her expertise in curriculum development, she has contributed to creating engaging and effective learning environments, ensuring that educational programs meet the evolving needs of students and communities.
Her passion for education extends into her community involvement, where she serves as a dedicated volunteer with the Westfield High School Boosters. Here, she applies her skills in marketing and development to support school initiatives, fostering a sense of community and promoting student success.

Erich Wiemann - Principal & COO

With a strong background in capture strategies, operations support, and project/program management, Erich has consistently delivered results that align with organizational objectives.
Throughout his career, Erich has demonstrated a knack for driving growth through innovative problem-solving, strategic planning, and adapting to dynamic business environments. His ability to respond positively to customer needs while leading teams through complex projects has resulted in significant achievements for the companies he has worked with.

Erich holds a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification and has an Executive MBA from the renowned Saunders School of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology.
